You never really know what to expect from a watchfighters match and really that's half the fun. Unpolished talent is usually hit or miss, but pairing Adam Stone with an experienced pro like Mason Brooks resulted in a winning formula. For today's moment, indulge me as I go over how I imagine the Mason-Adam match up went from Adam's perspective.
SPOILER ALERT: I highly recommend viewing this match in its entirety before reading this post.
The Backstory
Adam's Perspective: Facing one of gay pro wrestling's greats has always been a dream of mine. Getting a shot at Mason Brooks, a wrestling legend, was shear bliss.
The Action
Throughout the match, I kept up my trademark smile! You simply cannot keep me down no matter how hard you try. The fact that I was facing one of gay pro wrestling's greats also had something to do with it.
But Mason got to play and have his way too. In Mason Brooks wrestling, there is simply no such thing as a squash match.
Now it wasn't all bad if I'm being honest. Getting worked over by the one and only Mason Brooks is an experience to behold.
But it all came to a head when Mason tried to Ab bash me. Poor guy tried his best but eventually hurt his fists on my rock hard six pack.
The Moment
After that failed Ab bash, it was all downhill for Mason. As much as he wanted to win, I could tell he wanted me more. He needed this more than the fight and instead of fighting me, he was pulling me closer.
Fans will be talking about this moment for years. That time I tamed a heel. The great Mason Brook owned and forced into an emission submission.
